Who would have ever thought this would happen?? 6-7 inches of snow in Louisiana!!!

I just love how beautiful a new snow can make everything look. I still remember when we got a few inches in Slidell while I was attending USM. I managed to get home before they declared a state of emergency and closed the roads. But, what really sticks in my mind for that snowfall was the next door neighbor using his dad’s shovel to collect snow off everyone’s vehicles. My dad went ballistic after finding a ding and scratches on one vehicle. All to build a snowman that melted away a day or two later….

LOL! I agree. I love snow! It has been 10 years since I’ve seen REAL snow. It’s such an amazing way to experience God’s creation!
That is absolutely stunning. I’ve never seen snow like that.
