Suzanne Somers wrote books on it, and the program works, and it helps with lowering Cholesterol, loosing weight, no more bloating, etc., etc., I was on it before a few years ago, but stopped for personal reasons, couldn't afford to eat the healthy way, but started it up again and lost 14 pounds in about 3 weeks, so far. Get the books from the library and decide for yourselves. I mean like for breakfast eating eggs, cream cheese, cheese, bacon, sausage, NO TOAST, veggies added in with the eggs. Or anything else that you can think of with no dairy or wheat. What a breakfast and loosing weight and not feeling bloated when your done. Who doesn't love that. You're right we do have to learn how to forgive and then emulate it over and over again for others to see our example. It is really hard being a 'born from above' Christian. I've really been discovering the truth behind Christianity with this reformed church we're attending. It's been really tough because so many of the 'truths' I was raised on and believed I am now finding out were not the truth at all. Greek for truth, btw, is Alethia! Talk to you soon! This has been a tough battle, but I think that it is finally over. God has given us such an amazing example of how forgiveness has to be given OVER and OVER again...... and ONLY by imitating this ourselves can we TRULY live out His plan for us. It has taken me SO long to realize this truth. Amen for His patience with me...... which allowed me to be patient with others in this situation.
